Time to rearrange the whole house..

Holy cow. I should be losing weight soon. I have been chasing Greyson everywhere around this house. He just will not stop. He is into anything and everything he can get his little hands into. I am out of breath, LOL. He is pulling cords out from everywhere, little pieces of fuzz off the floor. I knew he would learn to crawl, but I didn't think about how busy it makes them and you when they start. I just put him in his crib so I can type this. I know he can't do any harm in there, geez!

The decision has been made

We have decided to hav Greyson's party at Aunt Tam and Uncle Chris' house. Tami really wanted us to have it there in the first place. I just don't like the thought of us going to someone elses house for OUR parties. Our place is just too small. Now I have some planning to do. What theme should I do? I went to the Dollar Store one time and saw tons of baby birthday stuff. I thought I'd just go there when it was time. Really though, that can add up too because I don't know when enough is enough.

We had a good weekend. We got to see Gary. He was home from Texas for the weekend. I guess I should explain. He is going to school for a couple of months to learn how to give Polygraph tests. He said it's extremely hard. He is in the class with a guy from the show "The First 48". I am thinking he is pretty stoked about it too, as he told me this like 3 times while he was home, LOL.

Anyway, it's Father's Day and Carlos has been chilling on the couch most of the day. I figure he works his butt off during the week and this is his day so he can chill as long as he wants!

This is so sad..

I just saw this video on a friends myspace page and it killed me. I cried so hard just thinking about my baby Greyson. This is not something for the weak to watch. I have checked with Snopes.com to make sure it's real and unfortunaely it is.

What to do..What to do..

We are having a tough time deciding what to do for Greyson's 1st birthday. I want it to be big and then again I don't. His birthday is the 25th of August and that is the hottest time of the year. We thought about renting a pavilion at a park, but even in the shade it is miserable out. It's June 14th and already miserable out now. Carlos' boss and his wife have a beautiful home with a large underground pool and we were told that we can have his party at their house. I think that sounds great except for then I don't feel like I can invite all of my friends, just family. I wouldn't feel right having a big party at someone elses house. Let me say that we are pretty close with his boss and his wife. They are very sweet, helpful people all the time. What would you do? I still have about 10 weeks before his birthday but I like to have all my plans early for EVERYTHING. I'm that person who send out invitations like 6 weeks ahead and by the time the event gets here, everyone has already forgotten because I sent them out way too soon! Last night I went out with my girls from Highschool. It was great to see them all again. It's funny how our conversations weren't about boys anymore but out children. Soooo fun talking to all of them.
